Performing field reviews as both the owner representative and the building envelope consultant for this social housing project* in Vancouver, Susanna paid particular care to water management strategies at  intersections, such as balcony-to-wall and roof-to-wall.

    The renewed cladding for this student housing complex at UBC* balanced the durability and cost-effectiveness of vinyl with shingles in a colour complementary to the existing brick. *Work completed while at a previous firm.
